York Consulting, Inc (YCI) is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Historically Underdeveloped Business Zone (HUB Zone) company that was formed 19 years ago, and has supported the Intelligence Community (IC), through providing qualified intelligence instructors, role players, training courses, cover training and surveillance personnel as well as professional services support. The company was founded to provide intelligence support to the IC and to capitalize on the experience of the management team. The management team’s experience includes assisting a major IC component in the development, implementation and execution of a professional development and training program; staffing difficult positions in support of unique IC requirements; and managing a cadre of intelligence professionals. The experience of our management team is extensive; the owner and founder of YCI is a retired Army Officer with 31 years’ active service as a Counterintelligence and MOTC trained Intelligence Officer with an additional 19 years’ experience in conducting Intelligence training and support. The experience of our leadership includes some of the following accomplishments: 

-Recruited and trained over 100 surveillance and role player personnel 

-Wrote the White Paper that established a US Army collection element 

-Developed, supervised and assisted in the conducting of a pilot course that lead to a 13 week certified course for military source operations for DoD

-Designed and oversaw the establishment of a 60,000 square feet training center 

-Supplied personnel to support National Agencies

-Trained OGA officers for deployment to hostile areas

-Experience with Urban and Rural Exercises

-Supported National Media Exploitation Center with personnel

-Conducted an Assessment for DoD IC Training Facilities
